A really interesting trip out to the Pankhurst Centre. We all came back emancipated!!! Including the guys!!!

Wythenshawe Hall July 2024

We had a most enjoyable tour of Wythenshawe Hall and learnt some interesting facts about the history of the Hall. The weather was in our favour too!

u3a Silver Cycling Group

A Natural History stroll in Walkden Gardens

A group of us went to see the "Threads through Creation" exhibition Blackburn Cathedral Spring 2024

It is the work of textile artist Jacqui Parkinson and each panel is inspired by the early chapters of the Bible.

Christmas get together

We share a few laughs with a Quiz mince pies, refreshments and much chatter to celebrate the season. In 2024 this was followed by a Christmas Wreath making demonstration.
